We hope to determine your interest in receiving a full proposal for the “Make Glass Recycling Work for Your Community” campaign of the Glass Recycling Foundation and the Glass Recycling Coalition.
After three years of glass dynamic national outreach, building community resources and identification of communities throughout the country in need of glass recycling assistance, the membership of the GRC, recently formed, the Glass Recycling Foundation non-profit 501c3. GRF is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for and disbursing grants to demonstration and pilot projects that address gaps in the glass recycling programs across the United States – addressing communities where glass recycling is especially vulnerable and increasing glass recycling more broadly everywhere in the US. The launch of this organization received national news in Waste 360, Forbes Magazine and Resource Recycling magazine, to name a few.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of supporting an organization that will garner national attention for its work. The Foundation, in partnership with its sister program, the Glass Recycling Coalition, includes communities, states, brands and manufacturers in an ongoing dialog to identify areas of need for targeted Foundation investment.
